Empire magazine shows of its commercial style and try's to appeal to its mass audience using visually pleasing features as well as informal reviews you apply to the more common film buff.

Sight & sound magazine has a very distinct style with formal texts to inform the reader with a more informed audience this magazine aims for film enthusiasts and looks into the details.
